This Privacy Policy explains how Sky Siege: Legends (the "Game", "App", "we", "us", or "our") handles information when you use the application on Android. By downloading, installing, or playing the Game, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

Sky Siege: Legends is designed to be played entirely on your device. We have built the Game to minimise data collection.

Information we do NOT collect

We do not ask for, collect, or store any of the following:

• Account credentials or social media logins
• Your precise or approximate location (GPS)
• Your contacts, call logs, or messages
• Photos, media files, camera, or microphone access
• Payment or financial information

Information processed on your device

To run smoothly on a wide range of phones and tablets, the Game reads basic technical characteristics of your device locally, on the device itself. This is used only to choose appropriate graphics quality and performance settings. It includes information such as:

• Number of processor cores and available memory
• Graphics capability, screen size, and pixel density
• Operating system and device model
• Whether the device uses touch input and reduced-motion settings

This device information stays on your device and is never transmitted to us.

3. Data stored on your device

Your game data is saved locally using your device's standard app storage (for example, local browser/app storage inside the app). This data never leaves your device unless you manually back it up through your own device or platform tools. Locally stored data includes:

• Campaign progress, unlocked levels, and world map state
• Heroes, equipment, runes, artifacts, companions, and loadouts
• In-game currency balances and inventory (virtual items only)
• Quests, achievements, and reward progress
• Audio, graphics, accessibility, and gameplay settings

Because this data is stored locally, uninstalling the Game or clearing its app data will permanently delete your progress.

4. How information is used

Information processed by the Game is used solely to:

• Save and restore your game progress on your device
• Apply the graphics and performance quality suited to your device
• Remember your in-game preferences and settings
• Keep the Game stable and diagnose crashes (see below)

Crash & stability handling

If the Game encounters an error, it may record a technical log (such as an error message) on your device to help it recover gracefully. This information stays on your device and is not sent to us.

5. Sharing & third parties

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We do not share your data with advertisers or data brokers.

Sky Siege: Legends is an offline single-player game. It does not integrate third-party advertising networks, in-app purchase billing, analytics services, or any third-party tracking SDKs. Your game data stays on your device and is not shared with any third party.

We may disclose information only where required to comply with a valid legal obligation, court order, or to protect our rights and the safety of our users.

6. App permissions

On Android, the Game requests a single permission:

The Game does not request location, camera, microphone, contacts, storage, or any other sensitive permission.

7. Children's privacy

Sky Siege: Legends is suitable for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because the Game does not require an account and stores progress only on the device, no personal data is gathered from any player, including children.

8. Data security

Because your game data is stored locally on your device, its security is primarily governed by your device's own protections (such as your screen lock and operating-system sandboxing). Where the Game communicates over the internet, we use secure connections. No method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect the limited information the Game handles.

9. Data retention & deletion

Game data is retained on your device for as long as the Game is installed. You are always in full control:

• Reset progress: use any in-game reset option (where available) to clear your saved data.
• Clear app data: in your device settings, clear the Game's storage/cache.
• Uninstall: removing the Game deletes all locally stored game data.

10. Your rights & choices

Depending on where you live (for example, under the GDPR in Europe or the CCPA in California), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal data. Since we do not collect personal information that identifies you, and your game data stays on your device, you can exercise most of these rights directly by managing or deleting the Game's data as described above.
